A true pillar of the community, Coach Haywood dedicated 50 years to shaping young lives at Belfry High School, not just as a coach but as a mentor and leader. His passion for the game, his unwavering faith, and his ability to inspire those around him made an impact far beyond the field.

As he once said, 'You're working with young people and have a chance to influence lives... this game can make a difference.' Coach Haywood certainly made a difference, and his legacy will live on in the countless lives he touched.
